Race information

Start & transition

Start at Battersea Power Station at 07:30 sharp. All teams run together to Sheen Lane (Richmond). From there, one runner continues and the rest move into the support vehicle.

Relay format

After Sheen Lane it’s a rolling relay. Strategy is yours: long blocks, short stints, or frequent rotations. Keep it safe when swapping runners and drivers.

Key rule

By the finish, all runners must be within 3km of each other in total distance covered. If someone is short, correct it before finishing.

Finish, post-race & accommodation

Finish at the waterline in front of Perch, Lancing Beach. Pizza, drinks and prize-giving follow. Organisers are staying at The Barn Campsite (≈10 minutes walk).

Sheen Lane logistics

Sheen Lane Car Park, Richmond (Sheen Ln, London SW14). Free parking at weekends. Leave your support car at Sheen Lane and make your way back to Battersea for the start. One option: train from Mortlake to Queenstown Road, then a short jog.
